Vicky opipari
Hi, I'm Vicky.
Whether we've been friends for a long time, we just met, or we haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related...and I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!
I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.
Please consider my website your one-stop shop where you can access a lot of information, search for properties for sale, and of course communicate with me so that we can work together to make your Real Estate goals + dreams come true.
Ask me anything...I can't wait to hear from you!
A little more about me...
Having moved our family over a dozen times around the country, I have a deep understanding of the emotions and energy that goes into selling your house, as well as finding the right house to make a home for you and your family.
I firmly believe in the importance of making sure my clients are well-informed about the home buying or selling process so that they are full participants in one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
As we are going through the house searching process, I will work for you to find that “just right” property that is a great fit for you. My goal is to help you find that special house that feels like a home. I will make sure that you are informed every step of the way and will do my best to make the home buying process as stress-free as possible. This is an exciting adventure that you will be embarking on – let’s make sure it is as fun and exciting as possible!
As a Realtor, my role extends beyond simply listing properties; I guide sellers through every step of the selling process. Selling a home can be a complex and emotional journey, and I am dedicated to making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.
As a parent of a child with a physical disability, I am knowledgeable about Universal Design and what it takes to make a home accessible.
During my spare time, I like to volunteer in the community. I stay involved within the disability community through Parent to Parent of Colorado, Peak Parent Center, The United Cerebral Palsy of Colorado, Kids Mobility Network, the National Sports Center for the Disabled, myTeam Triumph Colorado Chapter, No Barriers and Colorado Cross Disability Coalition.
I currently serve on the South Metro Denver Realtor Association on the Inclusion Diversity Equity Action Committee Chair, Care Foundation Committee Member and SMDRA Board as Director of I.D.E.A. ex-officio. I am also serving on the Women’s Council of Realtors Mile High Board as the Strategic Partner Liaison.
My whole family supports Freedom Service Dogs, an organization in Englewood, CO, where we adopted our Shepherd mix, Wafer. We also support the Denver Dumb Friends League, where my family was fortunate enough to find our Puggle, Yogi and our Lab mix, Lilo. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, going for walks, hikes, reading and watching movies. I would love the opportunity to work with you!
