After moving her family over a dozen times around the country, Vicky has learned that buying or selling a home is about so much more than just a transaction—it's about the emotions, the memories, and the exciting new chapter her clients are beginning.

Vicky is passionate about making sure her clients feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. She believes this is one of the biggest financial decisions they'll make, and she wants them to feel like true partners every step of the way.

She understands how important it is to find the right community—one that offers everything they're looking for—and she'll be with them through every showing, every question, and every decision.

For home sellers, Vicky serves as their advocate and guide from start to finish. She works closely with them on pricing strategy, preparing their home to shine, and attracting the right buyers. Her goal is to make the selling journey as smooth as possible while getting them the best outcome.

Whether clients are buying, selling, or both, Vicky keeps them informed, answers all their questions, and does everything she can to make the process as stress-free as possible. She believes this should be an exciting adventure, and she works hard to make it as enjoyable and rewarding as it should be!

Vicky's journey as a parent of an adult with a physical disability has given her deep knowledge about Universal Design and what it takes to make a home truly accessible. This personal experience inspired her to found C.H.A.D. (Colorado Home Access for those with Disabilities). Through C.H.A.D., she's working to improve housing access for individuals with disabilities across Colorado by connecting the real estate industry with the disability community through education, advocacy, and financial support. She knows firsthand how important it is to find not just the right home, but the right community with the services, support, and resources that families need.

Beyond real estate, Vicky stays actively involved in the disability community through organizations like Parent to Parent of Colorado, Peak Parent Center, United Cerebral Palsy of Colorado, Kids Mobility Network, National Sports Center for the Disabled, and Colorado Cross Disability Coalition. She's also a proud member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® (DMAR).

Vicky's family has been blessed by the work of Freedom Service Dogs in Englewood, where they adopted their Shepherd mix, Wafer. They also Colorado Humane, where they found their Lab mix, Lilo. When she's not working with clients, you'll find Vicky spending time with her family, traveling, exploring trails on walks and hikes, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying movie nights.
